We've written below some frequently asked questions. If you have any questions not resolved here, please contact us.

+Can I order less than the minimum order?

Yes, but there will be an additional £20 fee on top of the product cost, to cover the print set-up fees.

+Can I talk to you about my design ideas?

Yes, we would love to talk to you! You can either arrange a consultation to take place at our studio in Dartford, Kent, or we can have a consultation over the phone. For either option, please email sales@thelittletouches.com.

+Can I change the colour of the stationery designs in your galler?

Yes, of course. All of the colours of the print and ribbons can be changed to make them how you would like. Check out our print colour guide for the different colours.

+I want to order my stationery, but am not ready to have it printed yet. Is this ok?

Yes of course! Simply buy your stationery on our website when you are ready, and add into the Notes box during Checkout when you would like your stationery printed. We’ll send you an email to confirm the order process to you.

+Can you design additional items in the same style as some things we have seen on your website?

Of course we can! Just let us know what it is you are looking for. Please contact us with details of what you would like.

+What information should I include in my wedding invitations?

We have created a PDF invitation guide which you can download which details all of the information you might want to include in your invitations, and examples of different ways you can word it. There is also a handy video guide to talk you through it.

+Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We are based in the UK, but when you go through the checkout process, you can choose which country you want the stationery delivered to, and the shipping costs will be automatically updated. Please note, international shipping can take 2-3 weeks longer than our standard UK shipping.

+I have ideas for wedding stationery that are completely different from the ones you currently sell on this website. Would you be able to make them for me?

Yes, we always love creating new designs, please see our Bespoke page for more details. Please note, there will be an additional design fee for all bespoke work.

+How long before my wedding date do I need to order Save the Dates?

We are aware that couples have different amounts of time when planning their wedding, but recommend sending out Save the Dates around a year before your wedding date. We advise you to get your order in around 2 months before when you want to send out your Save the Dates, to allow us time to get them designed, printed and posted to you.

+How long before my wedding date should I send out invitations?

We are aware that couples have different amounts of time when planning their wedding, but recommend sending out wedding invitations around 4-5 months before your wedding date. We advise you to get your order in around 2 months before when you want to send out your invitations, to allow us time to get them designed, printed and posted to you.

+I’m getting married very soon and need some stationery. Have I left it too late to order from you?

If your wedding is in less than 2 months time, and you want to order either Save the Dates or invitations, please contact us before ordering anything on our website.

If you need to order On the Day stationery such as table plans, table numbers etc., you should be fine to order these if there is over 1 month until your wedding date. If less than 1 month, please contact us to check if we will be able to process your order for you.

All our stationery is professionally printed, and some periods of the year are much busier than others, which can mean we are unable to accommodate last minute orders. If in doubt, please contact us before buying.

+Can I order samples of your stationery?

Each Studio Collection is available as a sample pack containing an invitation and some other matching stationery, plus a print colour chart for reference. If you would like to order one of these, please purchase the Sample Pack from with the collection you like. For more information on our sample packs, click here.

+Am I able to collect my stationery in person from your studio?

If you are local to our studio in Dartford, Kent, you are welcome to collect your stationery in person. Please let us know if you would like to do this, and we’ll refund you the delivery cost after purchase.

+I want to buy an amount of stationery different from the options allowed on your order page. How do I change the quantity?

Our stationery is available in groups which may be different from the total quantity you need. E.g. if you only need 53 invitations, you should order the pack of 55, and we’ll include 2 extra without names printed, which you can use as spares, or which you can keep for posterity.

+Can I get a refund if I don't like my stationery?

Unfortunately not. All of our stationery is printed specifically for each order, with your custom details, names and /or colours included that you have specified on purchase.

This means that we are unable to cancel or offer a refund for stationery that has already gone to print. If you cancel an order before it has been printed there may still be a design charge which is due.
